 A standard tuning is a fine tuning of the piano where the piano is regularly (once a year) tuned and not more than 5 htz of out of 440 htz. 

Pitch Raise Tuning $270

A Pitch Raise is a rough tuning for piano haven't been tuned for over the years and is more than 5 Htz off pitch of standard A440,  Rough tuning is required for the piano to fall into reasonable range before commencing standard tuning
